Over a two-month period, our team partnered with the client to redesign their sports media web portal, which was underperforming in terms of user experience. The existing portal had confusing navigation and a UI that did not align with the client’s vision or user expectations.
Our team, composed of a UX Designer, a UI Designer, and a Front-end Developer, started with a thorough assessment of the current platform. We collaborated closely with stakeholders to redefine the user experience, focusing on intuitive navigation, clear information architecture, and a visually engaging interface.
The solution included a comprehensive Style Guide alongside the portal design, providing all necessary UI components for a consistent look and feel. This enabled the client’s team to implement the portal efficiently and maintain its quality over time.

Our UX process began with a thorough assessment of the client’s existing web portal, uncovering misalignments with their vision and user expectations. We conducted a two-part workshop, one full day at SportMultimedia and half a day at Hi Interactive, to contextualize the problem, define personas, identify pain points and gain points, and establish the primary user journey.
User feedback was collected via a UsabilityHub survey. Finally, wireflows were created to map content and navigation, iterated through collaborative feedback sessions.

Our UI phase focused on creating a visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent experience for the VSports platform. We improved dashboard and widget design, ensured easy access to menus, and developed a comprehensive Style Guide to maintain coherence across the platform. A dedicated ideation session defined components, interactions, and visual dynamics for key pages. With the prototype approved, we created a Live Style Guide containing all essential UI assets, enabling the client’s team to independently build and evolve the portal efficiently.
